The large ones will fit phones with a screen resolution of 240 x 320 pixels and the smaller ones will fit phones with a screen resolution of 176 x 220 pixels.
If you are unsure which one will work on your phone, then Google your phone make and model. ie. 'Samsung e900 screen resolution' or contact me and i will happily help you.
